Slotera is a simple online scheduling system for small service businesses — hair salons, barbershops, beauty, spas, clinics. You set up services, your team and working hours, then share a public booking page where clients book themselves.
Any business that takes appointments — from solo professionals to teams of 10 or more specialists. It works well for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, beauty clinics, massage practices and private consultations.
Create an account with email and password, add your services (name, duration, price), add your team and their working hours. Most businesses are ready in under 30 minutes and share their booking page the same day.
We are in an early stage and Slotera is free to use while we finalise the pricing plans. Existing users will be notified well ahead of any pricing change.
Every business gets its own public page (e.g. slotera.app/your-salon). Clients pick a service, a specialist, a date and time, leave their contact details and confirm — no account required.
Yes. Each specialist has their own weekly working hours and their own list of services. When a client picks a specialist, they only see that person’s real availability. Specialists can also log absences (days off, holidays, lunch) which are blocked automatically.
It can’t happen. Once a booking is confirmed, that slot becomes unavailable for everyone else immediately. Everything is validated on the server, so there are no race conditions or duplicate bookings.
Yes — they receive a unique link by email with their booking, where they can cancel up to the cut-off you define (for example, 24 hours before). Past that point, they must contact the salon directly.
Yes. Every business is isolated from the others at the database level, and we use TLS encryption for all traffic. Client contact details are only visible to your team. We comply with GDPR obligations for data processing.
Yes. Both the public page and the admin dashboard work well on phone, tablet and desktop. No app to install — it runs in the browser.
Each booking has an “Add to calendar” button (.ics) that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Automated calendar sync is on our roadmap for future versions.
Email support with replies on business days. We stay close to our current users so we can fix issues quickly and hear what’s missing.
Yes — you set the business name, language (PT or EN), timezone and cancellation cut-off. The page follows Slotera’s visual identity so it looks clean and professional with no extra work on your side.
